I received a check made out to HFC Striders for $700. Not sure of the breakdown in prize money. No details came with the check. So congratulations to everyone!

Sunday is looking to be beautiful Cross Country racing weather and HFC has 35 striders signed up for the race! We have all age group teams for the men and an open women's team! We will have our HFC tent at the usual location along with our HFC spectators cheering us on!

A reminder that this Saturday night is the daylight savings time change - roll back your clocks 1 hour. Bonus extra hour of sleep!

Here are the race times:

10:00 a.m. Masters Men 8 km
11:00 a.m. Open Women and Masters Women 6 km
11:45 a.m. Open Men's 10 km

Good luck and go get em!

Thanks Chris. Just remember; no sugar and everything should be fine.

Lee, I got your back. I'll be at XC Champs and will be Cate's buddy. I have decent experience - 3 kids and a 6-yr old granddaughter.

I need help from the Striders as it looks like I have to bring my 4 year old daughter to USATFNEXC Championships. Would someone be able to watch her while I race?

The HFC tent and its bag have been reunited and are at my house. I should be able to fit my daughter and the tent safely in the car at the same time, and bring it to the USATFNE Championships.

Yes we have allocated money to pay for entries this year. We will setup a process to get everyone signed up.

Are the club paying the entry fees this year?

Figured I should bring this up before striders start to enter.
