The marathon group at Philly.
HFC has been having a great cross country season and at the USATF-NE Cross Country race we had 32 striders with full open men, master men, women, and master women teams! Lots of photos on HFC facebook and soon on HFC Flickr.
HFC went on a fun road trip up to The Hills Are Alive 5k XC Race in Stowe VT. The race was challenging but a great time was had by everyone.

HFC organized a great XC race at Wayland for both the youth and adult XC runners. A little rain did not slow anyone down. Great job HFC!
HFC had a great day at the Trillium 5k. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and a huge shout out to Dan Finkel and Pat Sweeney for getting the race from idea to a perfectly executed race day!
HFC At The 26 X 1 Club Marathon Relay
Despite heat and last minute roster changes, HFC battled through and took 3rd place in a highly contested race with local running clubs!
It was great competition and a great day to be HFC!

HFC had a great day at the James Joyce Ramble with a 3rd place seniors team, 8th place masters race and 3 striders in the top 20 in the open race.

HFC Annual Convention Jan 28th, 2017
The 2016 Annual HFC Convention was a huge success! Chris Wargo hosted a great event and he and Mary cooked awesome food! A big thank you to the Wargo's! Many Apple trophy awards were given out for various categories, and congratulations to TJ and Christine Howe for 2016 grand prix winners. See the new womens GP plaque below which is now hanging in Lewis'.

A good massage will help you recover from your marathon training or indoor track racing. Tom Vossen highly recommends his masseur. Regular sports massage: $45 for 30 minutes, $75 for 60 minutes. He is also trained for myofascial release.
