What an absolutely perfect day to be running. Met Kat's friend Kaylie at Herter as part of her 20 miler. We ran about 7 miles together and I felt OK so I added on a bit at the end. I messed up starting and stopping my watch so this is an estimate of the distance. It was nice to feel good at the end of the run.

OaB on marathon course. Ran solo so of course I went probably too hard for me current conditioning. Beautiful day out there. A lot of people enjoying the weather. Left Achilles achy at times again. Right calf also telling me to slow down a bit. Overall good run. I think I went out to hard because a gang of turkeys were chasing me out of my driveway. 🦃 🦃

Tropical humidity as it poured right after the race

Good exercise and a minute faster than last year, although I tried harder this year
Won age group again and improved from 13th to 11th overall

It?s an out and back to the Connector - 2 very good long grinds up and down

632, 642, .52 to the top in 328 (640) and then .59 in 335 to the finish
